A Chartered Accountant by profession & a real estate leader by calling, his journey began in the bylanes of Bengaluru, where his fascination with land, value, vision took root. He was instrumental in steering the growth of the Maangalya Group, building a portfolio that spanned continents and sectors. Today, his nuanced understanding of the development lifecycle - from acquisition to execution, powers Dhruvija’s mission to create future-forward spaces rooted in sustainability.
